World Pitch Refund & Exchange Policy
At World Pitch, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Our policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring we can continue to provide the best possible service to all our customers.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges Only: We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to exchange any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items for a different size or color within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Conditions for Exchange: To qualify for an exchange, items must be in their original condition, including tags and packaging. Items that have been worn, altered, or washed are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at Contact@world-pitch.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to exchange. Once we confirm availability, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Final Sale Items: Any items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for exchange.
Customized Products: Products with custom printing or embroidery are not eligible for exchange unless there is a defect in the product.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for an exchange and cover the return shipping cost in these cases.
Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrect.
